Blues take a point back from Kent

Southend United returned across the Thames with a point tonight after an even contest with Gillingham ended 0-0.
Southend had arguably the better of the first half at Priestfield but were grateful for Glenn Morris who made good saves from Curtis Weston and Chris Palmer.
But Southend were unlucky not to win it in stoppage time with Barry Corr twice shooting just wide of the target from good positions.
