AAS backs ‘Arry Redslapp’s campaign

'Arry Redslapp. He's got a twitch apparently

All At Sea has lent its weight to Harry Redknapp’s campaign to put inexperienced and inadequate managers in charge of the finances of some of the biggest clubs in the country.
Redknapp was quoted in an interview with the national media last week saying that big clubs appoint managers from abroad too much.
Redknapp, whose former clubs Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Southampton and West Ham all coincidentally endured major financial difficulties after he left them, said that the Hammers should have appointed Bobby Moore and Alvin Martin as managers.
“What are you supposed to do at Southend? What can anyone do at Southend?” Redknapp mused, a question that has doubtless been on the minds of Dave Webb, Steve Tilson and Dave Smith for years.
As we agree so strongly with wheeler-dealer Redknapp’s principles, we are starting an immediate campaign to dismiss Avram Grant and bring in Alvin Martin at the Boleyn Ground.
The ex-Hammers defender is much-loved down on Green Street and would no doubt work quickly on using his contacts to bring in the likes of George Parris, Martin Allen, Julian Dicks, Simon Livett and Tony Cottee out of retirement and back into the claret and blue shirts.
Please lend your support to this movement. Love thy neighbour and all that.
