Prosser loaned to Rushden

Defender Luke Prosser has been loaned to Rushden & Diamonds for three months.
The former Port Vale man joined Southend in the summer and has played 13 matches so far for Blues. However, some of his performances have been erratic, and with Mark Phillips back in contention, he has slipped down the pecking order.
