Spencer to team up with Tilly

Striker Scott Spencer has had his Southend contract ripped up to allow him to rejoin Steve Tilson at Lincoln City.
The young forward showed promise with a number of goals during Southend’s relegation year, but he has fallen down the pecking order under Paul Sturrock.
