Hall sentence is suspended

Ryan Hall has avoided an immediate jail sentence after a judge at Basildon Crown Court ruled that his 5 month sentence, imposed at Southend Magistrates Court last week, should be suspended.
Reports from the court this morning say that Hall’s sentence has been reduced down from 20 weeks to 12 weeks, and it has been suspended for a year.
He must also complete 150 hours of unpaid work in the community.
