FORMER Southend favourite Adam Barrett has joined AFC Bournemouth having failed to make an impact at Crystal Palace.
The ex-Blues skipper, still held in high regard at Roots Hall following his successful six-year spell at the club, joins up with another ex-Shrimper, Lee Bradbury, who is now in charge of the Cherries. Bradbury also had a bid for Charlton’s Simon Francis rejected recently.
Meanwhile, French winger Francis Laurent has linked up again with Steve Tilson. The enigmatic forward has signed a one-year seal with Lincoln.
