Daniels extends loan spell

LUKE Daniels will be available to play for Southend United over the Christmas period after West Brom gave permission for an extension to his loan spell.
The 23-year-old has impressed while deputising for Glenn Morris, playing in four matches, all of which Southend won, and keeping clean sheets in three.
Daniels will also now be eligible to play in Saturday’s FA Cup tie at Preston North End.
He will stay with Blues until January 2.
